Santander

Santander is the capital of the Cantabria region, located on the north coast of Spain. The Palacio de La Magdalena is located at the mouth of the Bay of Santander, on the rocky peninsula of La Magdalena. This building was used as a royal residence in summer. In the west, the city center is home to Santander Cathedral, which has an octagonal dome and a Gothic cloister, while nearby we can walk along a promenade that runs through all the Pereda gardens.
