Victoria

Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is located on the rugged southern tip of Vancouver Island. With abundant green areas, it is famous for outdoor activities. The city's British colonial past is evident in its Victorian architecture, including the imposing mansion at Craigdarroch Castle. Butchart Gardens, with 55 acres of vivid floral displays, along with a collection of statues, water features and a carousel, is one of many formal gardens in the city.
