Hunter Valley

The Hunter Valley, north of Sydney in New South Wales, is one of Australia's leading wine-producing regions, with a wine-growing history dating back to the early 19th century. It is known for varieties such as Semillon and Syrah, and is home to numerous wineries including world-famous brands and family-owned boutique businesses. Most are located south of the Hunter River and offer winery tastings and vineyard tours.
