Oslo

Oslo, the capital of Norway, is located on the southern coast of the country at the head of the Oslo Fjord. It is famous for its green areas and museums. Many of these are on the Bygdøy Peninsula, including the Norwegian Maritime Museum by the sea and Oslo's Viking Ship Museum, featuring 9th-century Viking vessels. Holmenkollbakken is a ski jumping hill with a panoramic view of the fjord. It also has a ski museum.
