Last Tuesday, November 26, the renowned cardiologist Manuel de la Peña presented his book Guide to living healthy 120 years at the Círculo Ecuestre.

After the welcome from the president of the Círculo Ecuestre, Enrique Lacalle, the academic, professor of Cardiology, director of the Chair of the Heart and Longevity and president of the European Institute of Health and Social Welfare, engaged in a conversation about his work with the actress Loles León, who acted as moderator of the event. 




Within the framework of the event, which had more than a hundred attendees, far exceeding the expected attendance, the moderator and speaker informed the public of the Ecuestre about how to live longer and better following the example of the longest-lived people on the planet.

Dr. de la Peña gave some revealing advice based on the habits and customs of the “supercentenarians”. He also revealed how to turn spontaneous activities into routines that promote longevity, creating environments conducive to this type of life.
