The former CEO of Neinor Homes and founder of the real estate manager JV20, Juan Velayos, starred in an interesting afterwork last Thursday, April 13, at the Círculo Ecuestre in Barcelona.
The event, promoted by the club's New Initiatives Committee (CNI), was attended by 60 people who came to the modernist mansion to soak up the knowledge of the real estate guru.
Analysis of the Spanish residential market
After the presentation by the president of the youth division of the Círculo Ecuestre, the criminal lawyer Emilio Zegrí, the current president of The District, the main real estate fair for professional investors in Spain, led a talk in which he developed his opinion on the future and the present in the residential market at the state level.
Once the afterwork was over, the liveliest attendees wanted to continue the evening enjoying a delicious dinner prepared by the club's chef.
