The Círculo Ecuestre hosted the conference "From Autopilot to Conscious Leadership" given by Marta Carrera Serra, expert in female self-leadership and author of the book "¡Agárrate que viene la Carrera!" The session was organized by the institution's Youth Committee, which continues to promote training and professional development opportunities for its members.
The conference was introduced by Sara Rafecas, partner in the Commercial Law department of the law firm RCD and member of the Círculo Ecuestre's Youth Committee Board, who welcomed the attendees and introduced the speaker before her presentation.
During the session, Marta Carrera shared her own methodology aimed at promoting personal and professional change processes, with the goal of facilitating more aligned and balanced decision-making across different areas of life.

This approach, led by the coach and trainer of conscious leadership, which can serve as inspiration to every reader of her work, places special emphasis on self-knowledge, personal reflection, and the pursuit of a better balance between personal and professional life—key tools for those seeking more conscious and effective leadership.

The event, held on March 4th as part of an after-work conference, created a space for reflection on the importance of leading with awareness and coherence, offering attendees ideas and perspectives applicable to their own professional and personal projects. Furthermore, it reinforced the role of the Círculo Ecuestre as a meeting place where young professionals can find inspiration and share experiences related to leadership development.

With this activity, the Círculo Ecuestre's Youth Committee continues to promote spaces for meeting and learning aimed at addressing issues related to personal development, leadership, and decision-making in the professional sphere.
