The Royal Bachelors'Club was founded in 1769, when a group of 20 young men, of English and Scottish descent, decided to form a private billiards club.
In 1814, The Royal Bachelors' Club ceased to be a small society to become a more general association. The need for a club where members could come daily had grown substantially.
His goal remains to offer a "gentlemanly atmosphere in an extraordinarily attractive setting." In addition to having two formal meetings each year, Club events include themed ladies' nights dinners, excursions, golf tournaments, bridge and billiards tournaments, shooting and hunting, as well as evening concerts.
