The RSM Society is made up of members who hold a UK recognized medical, dental or veterinary qualification, or a higher scientific qualification in a health related field. The main function of the RSM is to provide continuing education to health professionals and students. Famous honorary members have been: Charles Darwin, Louis Pasteur, Edward Jenner and Sigmund Freud.
We especially highlight its Library, which represents one of the largest postgraduate biomedical collections in Europe and contains around 600,000 volumes.
It is just a five-minute walk from Oxford Circus and Bond Street Tube stations.
It has a restaurant and rooms to organize events.
The Royal Society of Medicine owns two hotels, providing members with excellent accommodation options. Both hotels are very popular and members should book their stay early to avoid disappointment. Whether in London, attending an RSM event, working or just for pleasure, both RSM hotels offer members exceptional value for money, as well as a prime location from which to explore the capital.
