It was founded in the year 1865 and is located in a large building in the center of Manhattan. It has eleven thousand alumni members.

It has several luxurious private rooms, a large library, a complete sports center with squash, reading rooms, conferences, a bar, a restaurant with an extensive international menu, and a grill.

It has 59 rooms of different tendencies, with AA, TV, room service.

Correct clothing is required, it does not require a jacket and tie.
