The Círculo Ecuestre hosted a visit this Thursday from Pere Viñolas, CEO of Colonial SFL, for a luncheon and discussion to debate the current situation and trends in the real estate sector. The event was introduced by Enrique Lacalle, president of the Círculo Ecuestre, and moderated by Manel Pérez, deputy director of La Vanguardia.

During the colloquium, Viñolas explained that Colonial SFL is analyzing opportunities to enter new markets, specifically in Germany. "We see a great opportunity in the German market in the long term", the executive stated, indicating that they are paying particular attention to the markets of cities like Berlin and Munich. He also explained that they are not interested in acquiring new companies but rather specific, high-quality assets with significant growth potential.
Regarding the Spanish market, Viñolas highlighted the current strength of the real estate sector, especially in the prime office market. “Spain is perceived as a magnet for real estate investment due to its superior growth compared to other European countries”, he stated.
Regarding the office market, the CEO of Colonial SFL celebrated the strong performance of recent years in high-quality assets, in which Colonial SFL specializes. He argued that companies are realizing the fundamental importance of having top-quality offices to foster corporate culture, talent retention, and teamwork as key drivers of business success. “We provide companies with the best product for the future of work”, Viñolas affirmed.
