The Círculo Ecuestre, together with the Club's Youth Committee, held a discussion on Thursday, June 25th, with Lucas Carné, co-founder of Privalia and 011h, in a meeting focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and the transformation of business models.
The session was presented and moderated by Claudia Bosch, a member of the Board of the Youth Committee, who led a conversation aimed at learning about Carné's experience in creating and developing innovative business projects across very different sectors.
In this regard, the discussion addressed entrepreneurship from a transversal perspective: from the driving force of digital companies like Privalia, which marked a major milestone in e-commerce in Spain, to the application of new technological and industrial models in traditional sectors through 011h, the neo-construction company that seeks to transform the way construction projects are designed and executed.
Carné's experience leading projects of diverse natures offered attendees insight into how to detect business opportunities, scale business initiatives, and adapt to constantly evolving markets. Likewise, the meeting highlighted the importance of bringing innovation beyond the purely digital sphere, applying it also to established industries with room to gain efficiency, sustainability, and transformational capacity.
During the event, Lucas Carné shared his vision on how to face company challenges in contexts of change, as well as the role of technology, industrialization, and new operating models in the evolution of traditional sectors such as construction.
