South Africa

The ethnically diverse South Africa occupies much of southern Africa. It limits to the northwest with Namibia, to the north with Botswana and Zimbabwe; and to the east with Mozambique and Swaziland. Exceptionally, it has three capitals, taking into account the distribution of powers: Pretoria as the administrative seat (Government), Bloemfontein as the judicial seat, and Cape Town as the legislative seat (Parliament). Likewise, Johannesburg is the largest and most populous city. There are eleven official languages, including English and others of African origin.
